I got a really bad cold yesterday. I am unsure why I seem to contract whatever cold, flu, and stomach bug that is circling around campus at the time. I take my vitamin C and when I am in the dining hall I don't even touch the serving utensil with my hand.  I am going to borrow a camera and take pictures in the ceramics studio, but until then here I am eating my breakfast yogurt!

Hi Family.

Hi Dad and Karen and Mom and Jahvtz and Yossi and all the people I love!  I am starting this blog as a way to stay better connected while I live in the rollng hills of Vermont. 

My intention is that this will be a place for m

e to share some of my recent (and not so recent) work (i.e. pottery and anything else I have made or written in the last year) 

My writings will include everything and anything I feel like sharing such as

 plans for the future, plans for the present, anecdotes, etc.

So for starter, as you may know I have applied to study abroad in Varanasi India for all of next year! Here is the link to the program I applied to: http://www.studyabroad.wisc.edu

Varanasi is considered the holiest city in India and thousands travel to the Holy Ganges River to bathe in its blessed water. If I decide to go to this program I will need to cancel all of summer plans (Karens family gathering, Portland and Cali) and will be living in a co-op in Madison Wisconsin attending the required pre-orientation that  starts mid-June. 

I am still uncertain if I will in fact end up going through with this plan and I may end up going on my summer excursion and then will apply to go to india second term Junior year.
